The work
A hands-on job with a finished result you can see.
Nature Stone installers prepare concrete surfaces and install stone-and-epoxy flooring at customer job sites. It is active, detail-focused work for people who know their way around tools and take pride in getting the finish right.

Experience
At least two years in construction, outdoor labor, and/or flooring installation. Concrete finishing, troweling, tile, or hardwood experience is preferred.

Schedule
Day-shift work with weekend availability. Exact hours and scheduling depend on the local team and current workload.

Travel
A valid driver’s license is required. Installers may report to a local Nature Stone facility before traveling to job sites in a company vehicle.

An extensive training program begins after hiring, with an opportunity to build skill and advance.
