Nature Stone®, the leader in the Stone & Epoxy flooring industry, is searching for outstanding installers. The position requires becoming part of a crew, reporting to our warehouse daily and then to the job location in a company vehicle. An extensive training program will begin immediately after hiring. You will need to have good customer interaction skills and a hard-working attitude. This is an hourly rate position and depending on your skill level you can earn anywhere between $25.00 to $50.00 per hour with benefits and an excellent opportunity for advancement!
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for properly installing a Nature Stone® floor and performing quality workmanship.
- Interact with customers in a friendly and polite manner.
- Responsible to properly handle company machinery and power tools.
- Crew Leaders will be responsible to document all work performed and proper customer interaction.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:
· 2 years of construction background, outdoor labor and/or flooring installation
· Concrete Finishing/Troweling experience or tile-hardwood installation is preferred.
· Valid Driver’s License
· Pass a criminal background check
· Knowledge of units of measurement and basic hand tools.
· Must be trustworthy and comfortable in a customer’s home

With facilities located in Cleveland, Cincinnati, Columbus, Toledo and Pittsburgh. We have an outstanding reputation; and, our company and team have doubled in the last year!
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Service Tech will travel to a customer’s home on a pre-set appointment
· Exhibit clear communication skills during homeowner interactions
· Properly handle company machinery and tools
· Prep, power wash, repair and reseal Stone & Epoxy Flooring
· Perform reactive service appointments, diagnosing and fixing any issues
· Troubleshooting and Problem solving
· Stock company truck daily for jobs
· Responsible for the application and quality of work
· Fill out work orders, contracts, etc.
· Adhere to safety/health regulations and procedures when carrying out construction operations.
Knowledge and Skills Required:
· Must have a minimum of 2 years painting and maintenance experience
· Cement finishing experience and/or laborers with concrete experience preferred
· Familiar with mixing epoxies and floor coatings application
· Residential, Commercial properties
· Basic understanding of units of measure (ie feet, inches, and square feet)
· Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
· Self-Starter who works well independently
· Strong communication skills and attention to detail
· Ability to establish positive rapport with customers
· Must be able to lift 50 lbs. plus
· Ability to pass pre-employment screening, to include background check
